Zurich has signed an agreement to purchase her travel insurance Aig (Aig Travel) for $600 million. As part of the deal, the company will add Aig Travel’s Travel Guard brand to its global multi-brand model Cover-More, to expand the model’s presence in the US. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by the end of the year.
