French wholesaler + Easy continues to spread in Europe. After the acquisition in 2023 of the bookkeeping company Everat, specialist in insurance for the technical construction business, + Easy strengthens its position in Spain and the closing of the acquisition of two Spanish retailers owned by Morera y Vallejo: OM Suscripción de Riesgos And BUY.
To support this development, +Simple has appointed Luis Vallejo Country Manager for Spain. In this role, he will also hold the position of CEO of OM and MBI.

Backed by €90 million from KKR and Tikehau, +Simple is running a series of events in five European countries: France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Austria. Today, half of their revenue is generated outside of France. This ability has led to the acquisition of 18 companies in Europe in the last four years.
