The trend is mainly attributed to the growth in interest margin for 23.6 million (+14%), in net commissions for 9.9 million (+9.9%), in the net result of financial assets and liabilities for 5, 9 million (+147.7 %) and other operating income and expenses for one million (+97.1%). Direct deposits increased by 3.6% to 15.3 billion due to growth in securities in circulation (+12.6%) and loans to customers (+1.7%). Indirect collections recorded a total increase of 5.6% to 21.2 billion euros. In particular, the performance can be attributed both to funding from institutional customers (+5.2%) and to funding from ordinary customers (+5.9%), the latter due to the performance of the managed savings sector (+ 2.8% ) and managed savings (+11.3%).
The total value of loans to customers as of June 30 was equal to 11.6 billion, in accordance with the figure for the end of the year 2023 The coverage on impaired loans net of public guarantees (MCC and Sace) at the reference date was equal to 55.1. %, slightly increased compared to 55% by the end of 2023.
