He interior designer Pedro Peña was commissioned to intervene in Villa Dorado, one of the sophisticated houses of La Reserva Club, the urbanization considered as an exercise of love for architecture and whose development involved seven great international architects projecting their holiday imagination. In this case, it is signed by the people of Malaga ARK Architects, who created a home that is both elevated and comfortable. “At the time we were studying this extraordinary architecture, we understood the value we could contribute: creating a warm and welcoming environment that contrasts with its modern lines,” begins interior designer Pedro Peña. It started from the concept of Mediterranean style and sand tones with gold veins, blue and coral accents and sleek black. Theirs more than 2,000 square meters They are divided into two floors: the lower one, with impressive spaces designed for communal use, such as a gym, spa with swimming pool and a cinema. while the upper one is more private and intimate and also open to nature with the sea as a backdrop and is divided into a lobby, a large living-dining room and a semi-open kitchen which can be seen behind glass slides, plus six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and a terrace with lounge.
Like the slow and jagged movement of a sand dune, you travel to the corners where you discover pieces from the great Italian publishers such as Glass Italia, Porro, Poliform, Flexform or Minotti, but, above all, the custom design of Pedro Peña, which Surpassed the furniture and signed the most impressive works of art that surprise in the corners. “The color palette, shapes and textures, give a touch to the straight and masculine style and help to harmonize with the relaxed environment of the house, full of nature and tranquility.”

The downstairs spa open to the landscape, ARK Architects designed it as one of the spaces to be shared with guests. From the pool or Gervasoni’s wooden-framed sun loungers, you can enjoy the outdoors.
